DHC Electrical was appointed to undertake the first and second fix electrical installation to 722 apartments at Great Charles Street, Birmingham, as part of one of the city's largest Build-to-Rent developments to date.
Working over a two-year construction programme, the project required the coordinated installation, testing and commissioning of electrical services across all residential apartments, alongside the installation of sub-main cabling serving the landlord distribution throughout the development.
The works comprised:

DHC Electrical undertook the electrical installation works during Phase 1 of the Pilgrim Hospital Emergency Department redevelopment, supporting the principal M&E contractor in the delivery of a major investment to expand and modernise emergency care facilities at one of Lincolnshire's busiest acute hospitals.
The project required close coordination with the principal contractor, client representatives and other trades to ensure works were delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the construction programme.

DHC Electrical delivered the complete electrical installation package for the 48-bedroom extension at Village Hotel Solihull, forming part of Village Hotel Club's multi-million-pound investment programme to increase guest capacity and enhance its hotel portfolio. The four-storey extension was constructed while the existing hotel remained fully operational, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to guests and hotel operations.
Working closely with the principal contractor and wider project team, DHC Electrical undertook the complete electrical installation from first fix through to final testing and commissioning, ensuring all works were delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.
